• 1. You must be in senior level of work's experiences
  2. Must have 4 years experience in project management
  3. Must have 4 years experience with SAP products
  4. Must be willing to travel (sometimes 3 weeks in a row)
  5. Must be “able” to translate logistics & sales processes in SAP
  6. Must be able to work hybridly in Höxter (Germany)
  7. Must be a German native speaker and have min. English C1 skills

Other Requirements:

1. 1. You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration or alternatively have many years of practical experience in a corresponding environment.
   2. You have excellent knowledge of relevant project management methods.
   3. You have already gained international project experience.
   4. You are quick on the uptake and have a strong analytical and structured way of thinking.
   5. You are willing to travel internationally (20%) and are fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level).

1. 1. Responsible and disciplinary management of the SAP Project Management Business Process Management (SAP BPM) team.
   2. Ensuring standardized international processes based on the SAP template.
   3. Central contact person for new requirements or changes to existing SAP processes.
   4. Supporting international SAP rollouts with standardized company processes.
   5. Active stakeholder management with the company-wide business and specialist departments.
   6. Coordination of tasks within the SAP BPM team and resource planning including prioritization of tasks.
   7. Building and motivating a network of experienced experts to make strategic decisions.
